1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or damage.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, photographs of the defect/damage, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will verify the request and schedule a pickup if applicable.
  • The product will be inspected upon return before approving the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized and made-to-order furniture.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
  • Products that have been assembled or installed after delivery, unless there is a proven defect.

5. Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and standard return policies will apply.
